This contract with the European Commission is to evaluate the results of the EU funded projects against social exclusion across the European Union. Dozens of NGOs and voluntary organizations across Europe received EU funding for fighting against social exclusion in their local communities. The local projects involved from charity associations to interracial social inclusion initiatives.
